You could use it for either but with the current tire set up, I'd say more of a hardtail mountain bike.

yes. mfr Bulls also has it available. for $130 it ships to local bike store who will assemble it (flyrides ship direct to me is $95)

If I were you, find a local Specialized dealer and take a ride. Plus if you buy it from the local dealer, they will set it up for you, fit it for you and support the bike for you (which is a huge help), especially if it's your first e-bike. Class 1 isn't fast, and it doesn't have a big battery, but it will help you climb hills easier, and keep you riding longer.

Bulls has a better derailur, air fork (bulls brand, I'm not sure who makes it form them)

The evo motor outputs 85nM vs 50nM from the Turbo. Both are mid-drives so they are very comparable at the same gear ratio. This means the evo can provide significantly more help on hills and taking off from a dead stop than the turbo.

Turbo has a potentially better support network. I'm aware of a lot of shops that carry Specialized, not so much Bulls, but YMMV, your shops could be different.
