1) It is not Amazon you wont get your order in the next 2 or 3 days. In fact it might not ship for 2 or 3 weeks.
2) It is not Amazon don't buy things unless you are sure you won't change your mind and want to return it. They are not going to be keen on you returning opened products. Opened or not expect the shipping costs to be deducted from your refund in the event of a buyer's remorse return.
3) It is one of the cheapest places to buy a CPU by bundling with one of their motherboards.
That CPU is not a retail chip warrantied by AMD but rather an OEM chip sold in bulk to prebuilt PC builders. MSI is the one providing that built system (or in this case just the CPU & mobo bundle) with a warranty. They are going to be less generous than AMD would be if you fry it.
4) Many purchases you can get a 10% discount if you have access to a .edu email. That makes them even more competive with discounts you would get at Microcenter/Newegg/Amazon for using their in house credit cards.
5) Many MSI products purchased either on their site or from any other authorized dealer are eligible for promotions where you get a code for Steam currency when registering the product.
