Sony's WH 1000XM6 refurb deal stands out for top tier noise canceling, strong call performance, and travel friendly battery life, with the package including the magnetic carrying case, headphone cable, and USB charging cable. The eBay listing adds a two year warranty, and the headphones have arrived looking brand new in plain packaging with original cables and no visible wear. A coupon can drop the price to $279.99 with Klarna, or $289.99 with a PayPal offer. The main caution is the reported XM6 hinge issue, which may not be covered if treated as customer damage rather than a defect.
Frequent flyers wanting over-ear ANC, because the battery lasts through long travel days and the headphones can plug into in-flight systems.
Listeners who want a complete accessory bundle, because the refurb includes the magnetic carrying case, headphone cable, and USB charging cable.
Call-heavy commuters wanting clearer voice pickup, because the headphones are praised for strong call performance and noise suppression.
Shoppers who need hinge hardware they can forget about, because the XM6 can develop loose hinge hardware that may need tightening and may not be covered as a defect.
Buyers who want guaranteed pristine refurb condition, because refurbished units can arrive filthy, fingerprinted, or with broken parts.
People expecting the strongest possible ANC in every noise, because the XM6 can lose to AirPods Pro 3 on some sounds even while beating them on others.
Shoppers who want a brand-new retail-box experience, because this refurb can arrive in a plain box instead of Sony packaging.

Excited to try some of these Sony headphones after the good reviews they've had on calls and noise suppression especially.
My use case is also for travel, and my primary focus is ANC and battery life. I use AirPods Pro 3 every day. I want something for travel that has 30+ hours battery life, similar ANC, and could easily plug into in flight systems if desired. I have been waiting to compare the RTINGS reviews of the Sony XM6, and the new Bose Quietcomfort Ultra 2, to see if Bose stepped up their ANC. It appears they did not, based upon what I've read, so back to XM6 I went.
I did briefly dive into the Senheiser HDB 630. However, the silver yokes on those are plastic, the ANC did not compare to XM6 or Bose, and the case is substantially larger than the XM6 or Bose. It does seem to have very impressive marks for audio quality though.
My plan was to wait for Black Friday for XM6, this deal with a two year warranty seemed like a sweet spot. I am hopeful that the Allstate/SquareTrade warranty will take care of any issues that arise, with less pushback than Sony's manufacturers warranty.
Between the way I treat electronics, and my use case being travel, I'm hopeful I will not need the warranty!

Through Secondipity via eBay it also includes a two-year warranty. This is the lowest it has been through their eBay storefront since I have been keeping an eye on it the last few months.
Typically about $379 on their eBay page, but did drop to $327 for a short time recently as well.
I ordered the $299.99 deal this morning and within 2 hours already had UPS tracking for delivery on Saturday 11/8.
