Dollar Tree is going to charge $1.25 or more and it won't be for Hershey's but some inferior brand.
If you're looking for a cheap stocking stuffer, teachers looking to spend $25-30 so every kid in their class gets something, little gifts to hand out, $1 is a great price. Sure, they'll be 50c on clearance AFTER the holidays, but no one wants Chocolate Candy Canes for MLK, Jr's Birthday.
