I have an idea: how about we attach those extra ports to the side around the laptop, and connect them directly to the motherboard to avoid bottleneck?

You can get a full featured laptops all day long however they tend to be business class machines so aren't thin or light (thus have room for countless ports)....then everyone is whining about size or heft wanting small and light.

Funny thing is people want 80 ports they'll use once a year but they also expect a tablet with a keyboard at the same time.
