Wrong. Mine was stating a delivery date of the 11th. They haven't sent an email yet, but checked on the order on the Apple Store app, and it's cancelled.

mines got cancelled. I called and wasted my time dealing with them. No need to call, they are canceling all your orders unless it is already shipped. It is shady how they place it on hold and claim they reached out to you when they did not. I also already got charged so they hopefully they are reversing the orders so they don't waste more of our time having to deal with getting our money back.

It's official, they are cancelling. Previously said about to ship. They held it said they called me then cancelled it. lol called them lady said they are sending refunds

Yup, even for the early orders (mine was around 9:30 am). Pretty disappointing for a corporate monster and money making machine like Apple. Would have been peanuts for them and they need to empty their storage facilities for the new versions anyway.

Called and spoke to a supervisor who said they received communication from Apple executives specifically stating "no goodwill gestures are to be made to customers in this situation."

I think I am one of the lucky ones. Ordered early? (8:59am EST), paid with Apple Card. Received shipping confirmation in the afternoon and tracking confirmed that package got picked up by UPS. Delivery is scheduled for 11/11. Thanks to OP!

Ordered 2 this morning for pick up at my local Apple Store. Went after work to pick up. Associate asked if I managed to score them during the glitch. Asked me where I found the deal. Seems like a legit pricing error. Or Apple could just be clearing inventory and creating a bit of excitement in the process. Either way, managed to buy 2 sets.

Now to attach to keychain, remotes, and 6 year olds who run free like open range horses.
