I know next to nothing about PCs but need a new one for gaming at a mid-range level, nothing crazy. This is what my budget would be. Will this get the job done or am I better off waiting for better deals? I live pretty close to a micro center.

If you're in Arizona they've got grand opening deals too until the 23rd. It's showing $519 for me when I select that store.

This is a good deal for a low-mid range PC. Especially if you are looking for a white build. It's not going to do 4k 144FPS on the newest AAA title, but it should be able to handle most games just fine.

I would prefer a slightly faster CPU and GPU but this is a lot of PC for the sale price.
Definitely buy an on sale system from microcenter, fantastic deals.

Yeah....Not sure if I'm going to bite as I can't get it shipped to me... but this is a pretty good rig for 519 (and it's lower if you used the Branded Credit Card

With the crazy spike in RAM lately this is a great price. Too bad they don't ship.
