Inside of tank was not 100% spotless clean, but clean enough for a refurb I guess. Everything else looks new.
Wife hates it - having to hold the trigger, a bit heavy. Nearly unusable on rugs because of too much suction. Loud as hell on the hard floors. The refurb LG stick vacuum we got years ago is apparently better, despite needing to use both batteries every time we use it.
