I got these earlier in the year, I've only used one to start my pepper and tomato seedlings. They did well, cool set up. But the wrapping material for the pellets do need to be torn up to allow the roots to properly break out. I noticed it early enough to slice some cuts into it so the roots didn't get destroyed during transplant

I found that deal from the database and HD website shows my local store has 15 in stock. Found none in store. Same for another similar item.

I checked the HD deals website and I can confirm in this case at least it's not updating after clearance items are purchased. After digging around for what seemed like a long time, I found an unopened case of 17 at my local Home Depot (Michigan). The website initially indicated there were 15 in stock. The deal site is still showing 15 in stock at the store I purchased from.

Yes, There was a link to click on to show the clearance price, and the quantity for in-store was different than the amount available for delivery. After a store sells out, they just list it at regular price with the same amount available for delivery to home or delivery to store. I will attach a photo here, but when I tried to attach a photo to a comment on slickdeals years ago it ended up tiny, so we'll see if this works.
