The only downsides I see are lack of HDMI, 60hz, and potential ARM64 compatibility issues. Otherwise it's OLED, 14", touch, 16gb, Costco warranty, backlit keyboard, very light, & crazy battery life 25+ hours. Checks almost all boxes for me.

There's a translation layer that will allow one to run x86 software on ARM. If you need to run very old software, then you should pass. Most modern apps will translate just fine. Ebay is selling these for close the same price used. Good deal!
