I think you should be able to get this on AliExpress for $250 on 1111 but there's always a catch with all the express if anything goes wrong you're by yourself

Shame that Lenovo still hasn't brought the Legion Tab 4 to North America yet... Perhaps there will be Legion Tab 5 at the Consumer Electronics Show in January that North America will get...

Extended Holiday/Black Friday price match and returns in effect for Lenovo.com as well:

No MicroSD slot and only 256gb of onboard storage. Why is this marketed as a gaming tablet?? Most mobile games that need a snapdragon 8 gen 3 are 20+gbs easily. So you're gona have those and maybe 10 switch games to emulate? Dont even get me started on ps2/gc/wii and all that either. I loved my Lenovo Legion Go and their thought process behind the design but this is just stupid.

The Lenovo Yoga Tab for $427.49 (before tax/fees with the EXTRAFIVE code) seems like the better deal than legion tab. Yoga tab got an 11-inch 3.2K display and comes with a keyboard and pen in the box. Both tablets have the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

Different uses homie.

8.8" is more portable and can be used with telescoping controllers for portable handheld gaming. Native android and emulation.

Completely different tablet classes. 9" and 8" tablets occupy a specific niche and size is ideal. 10" and above for tablet is completely different use case. It rare to find high performing 8" and 9" tablets. In this class, usually it is not even 1080p let alone higher resolution with mainstream processors. the legion line commands a premium because of this.

This sells on AE under the china model number Y700. Currently the lowest price I could find for it is $366 before any codes. I was waiting for 11/11 to purchase a 2025 Xiaoxin Pad Pro ( idea tab pro ) but I might get this instead.

256gb isn't enough for gaming unless you only play like 10 heavy android games or just very old retro stuff.
I just finished setting up an Odin 2 pro 256gb + 256gb SD. After 50 switch games, some retro games (like 15gb worth of roms) and 3 old pc games (10gb each) I was left with 80gb of internal storage. No other games or apps installed besides emulators and gamehub lite.

CoD mobile is like 30gb or more by itself.
Just these 3 games, CoD, Genshin and Diablo immortal, need like 100gb of storage combined.

Understood. I didn't see a slickdeal thread for that one.

Upgrading from an amazon firehd turd (from 2021) that was modded to use google play. This will be a long overdue welcome change. My use case is mostly media consumption (from bed) and some productivity.

I got 2 Lenovo xiaoxins for 200$ each two years ago from AliExpress and they're still working fine. One of the tabs fell in a bucket of water a year ago, but it is still working fine.
