Don't know for sure if this answers your question, but here goes. You can download Office and W11 ISOs from MS, then activate with the keys. Also, you can run W11 without activation. Just lose a few features like custom desktop.

Not saying anyone should or shouldn't buy grey market keys for windoze. But if you decide to do it, use your key ASAP after you get it. If you put it on back burner you may discover your key was already used. Ask me how I know this, LOL....

Typically it's fine to upgrade, but if too many parts get swapped out you will have activation issues. Keys this cheap are almost certainly OEM keys. The license is tied to your PC, not you.

I had this issue with my most recent upgrade. Swapped out the motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Since I lost the original key and my original install was not working right after the upgrade, I ended up just buying a new key to save the hassle of contacting MS.

The person asked if OneDrive came with the Office Suite. It does not. It only comes with the Office SKU's that are subscription.
Is your OneDrive capacity 1TB or 5GB (Free account)? The 1TB plan comes subscription only (M365).
Anyone can get free 5GB account, all you need is a MS account. Anything over 5GB is typically a paid tier if you don't already have M365.
