Not seeing it in the Costco flyer. I think you're wrong on this. Only see the QM6K for $1099 and Q77K for $899, both of which are lesser tvs.

"The TCL Q750G and TCL QM6K are closely matched. The Q750G is a bit brighter in HDR and in SDR, but in turn, the QM6K has deeper contrast than the Q750G, albeit with more visible blooming. The Q750G has better image processing overall, but the QM6K is far more accurate in SDR out of the box. For gaming, the newer QM6K also has the edge, but barely, due to being able to game at 1080p @ 288Hz; the Q750G tops out at 240Hz. Both TVs can also game at 4k @ 144Hz. Overall, if you already have the older Q750G, it's not worth upgrading to the QM6K, and inversely it's not really worth considering the older set if you're shopping for the newer one."

The TCL QM751G is better than the TCL QM6K in almost every way, as the QM7 is brighter, has better black levels, has better image processing, and is more colorful overall, delivering a more impactful viewing experience. The QM6K is, however, more accurate and follows the content creator's intent more closely than the QM7K51G does. It's also capable of gaming at 1080p @ 288Hz, while the QM751G tops out at 1080p @ 240Hz.https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...0899/88607

This one is not Q'M'751G. This is a different model Q751G. One main difference among others is that this one is not a mini LED.

The Q77 at Costco is a FAR inferior TV to the Q7. The Costco model is shady marketing, as they essentially renamed the 2023 Q6, but added a higher refresh rate. The Q77 has no local dimming and poor brightness.

This still has local dimming with a decent amount of dimming zones. It has decent HDR.

The Costco TV he's talking about also isn't even the Q750G. The Q77 is a Costco exclusive model that is really a Q6 with a higher refresh rate, and no local dimming. It's a crap level TV with a shady renaming scheme.
