Ehhh. The 7000 model (which I assume is an older version of to this one), gets kind of sub par reviews.

For the price and for a 65" from a name brand, it is probably OK but nothing great imo. Personally, I hate all things LG since every appliance I have had from them (washer, dryer, refrig) either was poorly designed imo or broke pre-maturatey, but that is obviously anecdotal. I would wait to see what Black Friday offers, but that is me.

While the picture on LG TVs are good, the UI and magic remote make the TV unusable. The Magic Remote was a solution in search of a problem that never existed. Somehow worse is the UI. While I expect this from TV manufacturers at this point, the volume of ads is disgraceful. Finally, the frequency of software updates is excessive. Easily one per week if not more. No other TV I've had has near the amount of updates. LG either needs to write the UI code well the first time and so many will not be needed or contract it out if they don't have good enough software engineers.

I can't believe they use the AI gimmick to advertise TVs these days.

I have to admit that's a very interesting, 'please-buy-me' price for a 65"

Um, what? Magic Remotes are excellent, in my experience, but the post doesn't say this TV comes with a Magic Remote, anyway! So I don't know what you think you're trying to say, but you're misinformed all around...
