The guy showed up at my house without any tools at first and then went back to get them from his car and it was a brand new set of unknown brand name screw drivers, still in the cheap clam shell packaging. We ended up using our own drill, tape measure, level and the guy that was getting paid for this ended up just being useful to lift the TV into place.... Then a second a guy showed up a full hour later who actually had the tools and skills to do what we just finished doing. How the first guy didn't know he'd have a second person helping + them not communicating that to us either is absolutely insane and unprofessional to me.
If I had known how poor the service would be, I would've just done it myself lol

I am now wondering if i should cancel both of my LG C5 and B5 orders in order to reorder and get the $200 GC? I bought them before the GC eligibility period. And they are waiting delivery. What do y'all think? Also if your partner store account is different from your myLG account, what do you do?
