Make sure they come with at least 1-year of warranty. Those were 1-4 in stock so I didn't make them the main post. But try your luck, maybe it works out for you.

Definitely shorter warranty as you said (1 year). Riskier but for those with high technical aptitude it might be worth a shot to save money. https://www.ebay.com/itm/257023136985
I personally am going to pass, am waiting for more deals on the MSI Vector 16 or Raider 18 current gen. The 140W USB-C power and TB5 is a very nice plus, even if they have weaker thermals.

They also have really rough build qualities in terms of body flex and strength. Given how poorly MSI holds up in the 16 inch range I wouldn't touch them.

But then i guess 18s probably live mostly on a desk anyways?

Bought my 4090 Refurbished 10 months ago and now the screen is giving me problems. Could be loose or bad screen cable, not sure. When I bought mine, it came with 2 year Allstate warranty. My only concern is I read they make you send it in to be fixed at one of their authorized repair centers and it could be 2-3 weeks until I get it back. Also, once they fix your laptop, the remainder of your warranty is null and void. Not sure if that is legal, but thats what people are saying that have used the warranty
