Just called around 3 stores nearby. 1 number is not in service; one directly went to voicemail. The 3rd store I called said porting in a number is required and total expense out of door is $260-$280.

In the grand scheme of things not bad for all in price if unlocked in 60 days.

Is that total inclusive of the three months and will they guarantee unlock after that three months?

Key point here is it must be 60 days of active service.Looks like it will unlock after 60 days, but you'll need the third month to fulfill the deal requirements for this.

Was out and about and checked a Walmart, Best buy, and a Fred Meyer and nobody had a clue about it and I could not get it. Did Total Wireless post this before the stores had inventory?

Maybe you should have checked an actual Total Wireless store, and show them the webpage with the advertisement if they know nothing about it.
