You can't judge a product over a few 1 star reviews. Look a the most recent reviews, then make a decision if you're going to purchase or not.

I bought their chicken feet too. Normaly very food obsessed 2 corgies sniffed them and did not want them. I was shocked. Still has 2+ years on exp too. But it did smell bit stale, like old ramen noodles.

For dog treats, this is (imo) awful advice. 99% of the 1 star reviews would be my specific dog had a specific problem with this specific treat. Okay... so what? You'll find that for every single treat. My personal rule of thumb is look at the ingredients and country of manufacture.

So do mine! They prefer the real deal though, and I can get 2 lbs of frozen chicken feet for like $4 at the local Hispanic grocer.

my Shepherd mix goes bonkers for these. My heart sank the first time I gave him one, he dropped it, sniffed it on the floor a bit, seemingly in confusion, then looked up at me as if to ask, "WTF?" But then he sniffed it again, took it back in his mouth for a bit longer, dropped it again. Picked it up a third time, and finally crunched down on it with his teeth. It was all over after that, he couldn't stop crunching on it. Now they're his favorite treat, he jumps up and down wildly when he sees me pull the bag down from the top of the refrigerator. Glad I took the chance on these, thanks op!
