Not bad. It's ready to go with 16GB RAM vs the strangely low 8GB some entry level "gaming laptop" deals have been sold with. However, there is a big compromise you're making by putting a RTX 4060 into a thin laptop like this: 45w TDP. That 45w TDP will strangle the potential performance of the GPU when it can be configured up to 115w in larger laptops.
You'll find it will underperform other RTX 4060 laptops with larger cooling solutions and higher TDPs.
There is always a compromise with these thin-and-lights.
Running a cheap RTX 4050 laptop for 1080p, so I know about compromises... I'd say wait at least until Black Friday as there are just too many downsides:
thin design w/thermal issues
shockingly low power 45 Watt GPU (should be at least 75 for a 4060)
old Zen 3+ CPU is far too weak for pairing with a 4060 - least would be a more recent Ryzen 5 8645hs
slower ddr4 memory @ 3.2 MT/s, when everything new runs at least ddr5 5.6K MT/s
only has 1 SSD slot, making storage upgrade a pain

trash/slow external IO, topping out at 5gbps
terrible screen
poor warranty on refurb
Zen 3+ is perfectly fine for a 4060, especially one running at just 45W.
Slower memory isn't going to be much of issue on a laptop like this (even though 3200Mhz is fast for DDR4 SODIMMS). It's only on laptops without a dGPU where memory speed significantly affects gaming.
