My "lifetime" $25/mo discount was taken away, and I ported out to Total. While porting out, I got this $20 offer. I still left Verizon and I am very happy. Screw their silly games.

If you're not seeing an offer you want, just go back one page & click the Check Offers button again. Mine gave me a couple different offers when "refreshing"

Same for me. I generated a PIN anyway just to see - they added an offer for a new S25, but still no monthly discount

All they want to do is have me buy a Pixel phone.. I am so ready to dump Verizon I can taste it. Still appear to have a $980 balance I would have to pay if I transferred out today instead of waiting till the phone is paid off by those credits. I will Never get "free" phones again. So NOT free it hurts.

Worked for me today awesome thank you - make sure you follow the directions by hitting the blue original post up top - You have to hit create a PIN even though it won't the offer is on the next page that comes up.

Same. Our bill for 4 lines was $350/mo at its highest. What Verizon does are these types of promos where they give you a discount for only a year and then the bill goes back up. We switched to AT&T.

I have six lines and have discount which ran out November 1. Tried the tips listed and did not work but I did get message on all of my lines offering to pay my current phone off.

As a valued customer, you're eligible for the following offer: Let us pay off your phone.
We'll pay off your current phone and give you a new phone on us, when you upgrade

Anyone else get this. 4 of my phones have 10 months left on payment plan for 3 year plan. I plan to keep Verizon so I am ok locking in to new 3 year plan again to get an upgrade 10 months earlier than normal. Currently have Iphone 15.
