So this morning I got a push notification for this offer from the app, it just opened up the phone dialer, so I checked the app first to see if I could do it in there but nothing showed up, so I went ahead and called. The CSR saw the offer on all my lines and applied it. Long time on hold but the rep was able to apply it quickly to all 6 lines. He also said using the upgrade offers should have no effect on it, which is good as my father and brother want to use the google pixel offer too. I have the old grandfathered unlimited plan.

So if you do not see it in the app try calling, the reps may be able to apply it.
This answered my question Ty. I have the discount on all 4 lines applied now but 2 are looking to upgrade.

The easiest way to get this offer is going to your account and tapping to port your number. I got an offer, but still switched to GoogleFi. Best decision I've made with my phone plan in years. Paying only 40/mo for two phones when I was paying 175/mo at VZ for worse service (GFi speeds in my area are 3-4x faster than VZ). Taking away my $25 loyalty discount (after 19yrs) was the last straw.

yes. "pre-paid" plans don't get offers.

i don't know why people still bother with the prepaid contracts. they are pointless. it's not 2005 anymore.

you can get verizon service for $30 a month per line with unlimited everything on a "post paid" plan, with no contracts. that's what i have. you get the added bonus of getting these offers. 3 of my lines are now $10 a month (with this discount) for the next year, 2 new iphone 17 pros and 1 pixel 10 pro XL at $7 a month ($260 total after payment plan each phone), plus an extra $20 off on the whole bill because one of the people on this account is a nurse, making the phones free. you get the same discount as a cop, firefighter, EMT, vet, etc.

with post paid get prices like that, why is anyone on pre paid? it makes no sense.
I only need 2 lines. The lowest post-paid plan for 2 lines is "Unlimited Welcome" at $55 per line for a total of $110. Even if I got a $20 discount offer on both lines, it would be $70 total. My monthly cost for 2 prepaid lines is $60. Makes sense to me.

I just left Verizon this weekend. No reason at all to continue dealing with their terrible support and shady pricing randomly changing on you.

Just worked for me. I did have to chat with rep to "activate" the offer: $20 off each line for 12 months.
I am currently on the 5G Start line at $74 per month that was previously their retention/loyalty plan. Two lines used to be ~$135 with discount, then went up to ~$160 without the discounts, now will be down to ~$120 with the new discounts.
Verizon and their silly games. I refuse to change to their new myPlan "unlimited." Unfortunately there is no better reception than VZW in my area in SF east bay area.

I got it for 7 lines. The rep said he's never seen it before. He couldn't even process it all at once. I had to do 5 then 2. Been with Verizon 16 years and haven't done loyalty discounts for like 10. That might have contributed to the 7 lines. Crazy savings! Thanks!

I only got $10 off per month on 5 out of 6 lines. Next bill will be $90 cheaper because of pro rated payment I guess? The following month I suppose will normalize to $50 less than normal . Should I try calling to get the $20 off?

My "lifetime" $25/mo discount was taken away, and I ported out to Total. While porting out, I got this $20 offer. I still left Verizon and I am very happy. Screw their silly games.
Total is still a Verizon company just with limited "unlimited" plans. They still got you. You should look into AT&T. With the right employer, veteran, teacher, first responders, 55+, or fiber internet bundle discount(if you live in area where offered) you can get close to those third party prices like total. Especially when there is multiple lines involved

Do you have to call? I see the alert for all the numbers on my account but it just gives me a button that says "got it"

on my account , never saw any of the promotions following the directions, multiple times...then, a magic text to me saying you can get the $20 off per line for 12 months if you call *611. did it, held on the line for 10, read the text to rep, he hooked me up on my 2 lines
