Looks like there was a reddit post about these 2 - from the looks of it, this version has FreeSync Premium (vs just FreeSync on the other) and a better stand. One in OP is better than the one linked

I have this monitor ans bought this new. It is a very good monitor. I use it for gaming and DaVinci resolve. I had no issues and for 100 its a good offer as refurb.
