If you really want a "tactical" belt, go and buy one from SpecOps (https://specops.us/belts.html). I don't work for them, but I've had one for over 20 years that's still as good as when I bought it. They're intended for military uniform wear but work great with jeans and other casual pants. Yes, they're more expensive, but I paid a bit over a $1/yr with no end in sight.

They also will honor their lifetime warranty -- my desert one started to fray (caught it in something on a deployment, and it started to tear). Mailed it back, and they sent me a replacement without any issues.
