I have been looking for a while, and these are the three deals that have stuck out to me that may still be around.

1. MSI 5060 [costco.com] from Costco

-The best 5060 desktop for the price IMO. Great processor, RAM and SSD Space. Plus you get a second year of free warranty.

2. This CyberPowerPC with 5060 TI

-Best 5060 ti 16GB IMO. Again, great processor, RAM and SSD Space.

3. iBuypower [walmart.com] with 5070.

-This is the one I ended up buying and best 5070 offer IMO. Best processor for gaming, good build RAM, etc.

Basically, it comes down to how much you want to spend and what video card is enough.

IMO:

5060 8gb - Great entry level card that will play anything, including AAA games in 1080p just fine. You may start having performance issues in 3-4 years and limits with the 8gb of VRAM.

5060 Ti 16gb - About 20% quicker than the 5060 allowing for some 1440p gaming and probably a extra year before you notice performance issues. The 16gb of vRAM also future proofs you.

5070 12gb - About 50% faster than the 5060. This can play games at 1440p with little issues. The 12gb of vRAM is enough for the future. I am guessing you can get 6+ years, maybe more without seeing major performance issues.

I personally went with the iBUYPOWER because the MSI was sold out near me. The 5070 is $300 more than the 5060 so price/value was there between the two systems. Additionally, I won't have to worry about "upgrading" the system in 3-4 years. Finally, iBUYPOWER uses off the shelf components (PNY, MSI, ASUS, etc.) so if something breaks it is very easy to replace as they don't use proprietary parts like Dell, Lenovo, etc. Any of these systems seem great and will play games just fine. Good luck, hope this helps.

Does'nt the liquid cooling (in the 5070 one) offer shorter life (the system may be quieter though) than fan cooled PC ? The coolant needs to be replaced in 3-5 years as it looses effectiveness ?

If it's a closed system, which I believe most are, they don't need to be changed. They should be sealed so there should be little to no evaportation and loss in performance. At least this is what I have read from the research I did.

I tested the iBUYPOWER 5070 last night, its for Christmas for my son but wanted to make sure I did not have a dead system Christmas morning. Ran one demanding game for 10 minutes and it ran flawless, 1440p High/Ultra settings, fans did not even get loud. The system appears well build and was done very neat. The case is nice, WIFI was fast, and the LEDs were neat. After getting it I am even more confident in my choice.

I ended up picking this up, it came back into stock right before the end of the promo. It'll be here Wednesday, either way I need something as my old gaming laptop was going kaput.

I did get this too and I'm enjoying it. Keeping an eye out for other BF deals but haven't seen another enticing option besides what WilliamMunny63 posted above.

Not sure why this doesn't have a higher rating. This is the cheapest I've found for 32gb ram, 2tb nvme and 16gb 5060 ti.

You can tell motherboard is lacking in ports (ie no USB c) but for the price I cannot fault it.

I just ordered one for my son thanks OP!

Hi... buying gaming pc for my son, I am not a gamer, so I know next to nothing about this. He keeps talking up the AMD CPUs (arrgh, painful to me, the Intel shareholder, lol).... would there be any issues with having an Intel Ultra in a gaming desktop? Lack of upgrade path or something like that?

THANKS... need to purchase soon, his b-day is coming up in 2 days!
