Totally false. Premium gas refers to octane level not cleaning agent. And using it every once in a while will accomplish very little given the lack of concentration.
ALL fuel at Meijer is Top Tier...not just premium. I use their fuel 90% of the time and stopped buying this. https://www.toptiergas.com/
It's silly this stuff is used for everyday vehicles when Toptier is the same price and includes it. I do sometimes use it for my offroad applications that ingest contaminates or in fuel that will sit as I like the concentration in a 5 gallon tank.
Buy Top Tier if it for a car.
Buy this if it's for something extreme use case.
Kia/Hyundia specifically recommend this brand every oil change IF you are not using TopTier certified fuel (Shell, Mobil, Marathon, Costco, Exxon, Meijer and others)

The best way to go about purchasing Techron is looking at price per ounce . Anything under $0.85 per fluid ounces a good deal . Advance Auto has the best price at 83 cents Walmart also has that price for their 10 oz bottle . If your vehicle has high mileage (75k or more)then look for that and here are the prices for that currently, 74.9¢/fl oz for the single 12 oz bottle and 62.5¢/fl oz for the bulk 6-pack—are specifically for the Techron High Mileage Complete Fuel System Cleaner. The 74-cent number is from Advance Auto the 62.5% number is from Six Pack purchase at Sam's Club
Yes, I've used this with success for vehicles with a rough idle and minor stalling problems. Also newer direct injection engines can be more prone to fouling and this works well in clearing that up- I had a 3.0 ecoboost stalling at idle- which was a surprise given its age and milage, after doing some research I tried this and it worked great.
the eco's have direct injection - meaning the valves get carbon buildup easier. but just dumping this stuff in the fuel tank wont solve that. because its direct injection the fuel is injected after the valves meaning the valves continue to get that buildup on them.
you'd have to get the stuff into the intake and on the valves and let it sit.
i just looked it up and if you're dumping this stuff in the tank you're doing nothing for carbon buildup on an eco.
im only asking because i have a 2.3l Eco mustang that i intend on removing the intake on and doing the proper method for clearing some of the buildup

Don't waste your money on these stuffs. Just use premium fuel once in a while. It contains detergents that does same thing or better
