I bought the pro version for a trip this summer...did the job, though i was a little disappointed in the lack of interior pockets. They're basically shells.
Still using the Omni 1 set purchased in 2017. Super durable, and they've been heavily traveled and fully loaded. These will get you a decade minimum without breaking a sweat, and likely much longer.

I agree 100%. I have 5 Omni 1 pieces and they are awesome. If these Omni 2s are anything like the originals then I'd have no issues with purchasing these.
Have had these (just the carry-on and the large one) for a couple years now. Here are my thoughts:
- Very durable. Have banged these around airports and rental cars internationally, they still look and work as new.
- Not a lot of niceties. These are basic bags for travelers, and don't have a million pockets or dividers or the like. That's what I want out of suitcases, but compared to some other luxury brands, they are a little spartan.
- The blue color is extremely common. I bought blue because I like it and I figured it would stand out in a crowd of black. But on my last flight, there were 4 of the large blue Omni 2 on the baggage carousel at the airport. I resolved this by putting a permanent neon orange luggage tag on mine, but be especially careful to check the tags before you leave the airport.
- I bought mine from Amazon Warehouse in "Acceptable" condition because they were a good deal at the time. YMMV of course, but mine arrived looking and working like new, and I saved something like $40 on the pair.
All in all this seems like a good deal, but I hope this helps you know what you're getting into! Happy traveling!

I got the Omni 1s but the little one's wheel feel off. Samsonite has agreed to cover it under warranty but I had to pay a $15 fee to ship it/process it. This $15 is still less than buying a new small one.
Even still, I agree with your comments, as I am satisfied with my purchase.
Thanks for finding this deal, I've been looking for a second set of Omni 2's to replace our older canvas suitcases that only had two wheels. We bought this set the beginning of last year and they did very well with a trip to Costa Rica and a trip to Peru.

The large is 64in in total. Many airlines in the US have a max of 62, and now Southwest is being a PITA about it. They really want to charge that $200 fee.
