This is a good deal for the price. I personally didn't have the space to have anything with wheels or a larger footprint and the $100 1800psi Ryobi has worse onboard storage. Anyway, I took a chance with this one and I've used it to wash cars, clean up siding, clean up a concrete pathway (I did buy a surface cleaner attachment later) etc. I know that technically, one needs higher GPM ratings to wash cars, but I am not a car detailer, this is good enough to clean. I've had this pressure washer for 4 months and been happy with it.
Ask if you have any other questions, in the mean time, here's proof of cleaning the concrete pathway (these are from early October).

Does it needs a water hose connection or just any portable water tank is enough + power cord ? I am new to these and not aware how it works the image or product videos doesn't show full operation, sorry for the stupid questions. Is it suitable & feasible for apartment buildings?

good - FOR THE PRICE. dont expect miracles. but if you need something cheap and gets most simple jobs around the house done including car washes it's fine. My MIL's one is still going strong after about 5 years, although we did need to get a new high pressure hose because the original one was corroded

I had the older version for over 5 years and had great experience with it. Pressure washed the siding multiple times without issues. It was strong enough to get the sun spots pressure washed. I never did the driveway with it due to its size.
I recommend it.
