Price drops to $499.99 at noon EST (9am PST), per: https://www.newegg.com/doorbuster. Bundeled with the $100 GC offer that gets you $15, that effectively drops the price to $485, which I believe is the lowest for a brand new 3-fan 5070 to-date.

And to note, you can buy the NewEgg $100 gift card to get a $15 bonus gift card, effectively making this -$15, so $485. Amex also has an extra 1% offer for NewEgg, so ~$480.
I'm between this and the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5070 GAMING from BestBuy at $488-$25 Amazon offer = $463 (but it would be open-box excellent, the MSI is new).
My carts are vertically mounted and rotated, so how they look is somewhat important since I would see it all the time. The RGB on the Gigabyte looks a little bit better I think and it does 1-2% better in synthetic tests. The MSI seems to be better built and runs cooler though.

Possible to stack the NewEgg card offer with multiple GCs for $15 off each $100? Or is it a one-item offer

Kind-of-sort-of. You can apply a bunch of GC's on checkout, but to buy the GC the $15 bonus is "one per customer". You can technically buy a couple of them with different accounts/names I suppose and then apply it to a single checkout order. That would truly make this deal "slick" as you can do 4x $15 off, bringing the card price down to $440 ($436 if you have the AMEX newegg offer).

"However, we do accept multiple Newegg gift cards on one order up to 50 gift cards total."

I wouldn't mount the gigabyte card vertically. The server grade thermal gel they use on 50 series cards has been warming up and shifting/dripping when the cards are mounted vertically. I have one without any issues, but it isn't mounted vertically. Look it up-plenty of articles on it.

YMMV... I don't know how but I managed to get one last week and another this week. Could be that I spent the first one that allowed me to double dip but I got rejected on the triple dip.
I tried opening a second account and got denied when using the credit card that made the purchases on the first account. I added a new card and then managed to get the deal on the second account (but only once deleting the first credit card from the wallet).
So yeah... YMMV.

Interesting. Just the gigabyte or all of them 5070s?
