Not sure what MuddyBottoms is talking about but I bought this last time it was posted. I've lost meat/groceries twice now due to power outages. Ive added an energy monitor smart plug for alerts(how much energy the fridge consumed, fridge has run non-stop for hours and fridge hasnt run for an extended time), now with this it works great on my garage fridge, I get temp alerts/history on my phone plus i like the physical display when i walk by it.

The only negative i have is the sticky pads dont stick on an already cold freezer/fridge.
