Just got mine a couple weeks back... used a combination of things to get it significantly lower. Specifically, I would check in the app to see if they offer you another $100 off at checkout.

Monitor is amazing for what it's worth.

$700 pre additional discounts might be a stretch. If they offer $100 in app ($850) then, sign up for the text messaging 10 percent coupon ($765) and they are offering higher rewards right now. That's a pretty good deal.

To get the text messaging discount, visit the monitor's page and look at the bottom right corner for the sign up.

Unsubscribe from text then go to their monitor page in incognito - bottom right hand corner is the sign up link for texts. If you use the one at the bottom of the page, it doesn't do the same thing.

As far as the one hundred dollar discount, i'm not sure why I see it. I'm using a samsung phone to use the app for what it's worth.

Pardon my possibly stupid questions but I've been a triple monitor user for years and have never used a monitor like this but have been very curious about them...

Let's say you want 3 separate windows (browsers, folders, etc.) open. Do you have to drag them side by side together and then manually resize them accordingly or is there a way to quickly snap them into place where they automatically size each other evenly?

Also, if someone were to play a game on this does it only use the entire monitor or are you able to size it down to maybe just the center section of the screen? I imagine you would need one hell of a graphics card to use the entire monitor in a game, but again, I have no experience with an ultrawide.

I've been using this monitor as a daily driver for the last year or so, both for work and gaming, got it for $950 a ways back.

In terms of window layout, if you're on Windows 11, there is a feature called Snap Layouts that will help manage and distribute multi-window layouts, and there's also the more basic two-window split if you drag a window to the far left or right of the monitor that will let you split evenly - I've never found it difficult to manage the window placement for what it's worth.

Games are hit or miss, and it very much depends on the game. In some cases, you can play at the full ultrawide and it's glorious; Cyberpunk, Spider-Man, Horizon, Destiny, etc support the resolution and look spectacular. Other games you may be limited to playing at a standard resolution centered in the display, and some older games will sort of work but have janky stretched cutscenes or menus. There are some workarounds for this that may or may not work for you: it is technically possible to connect both the DisplayPort and HDMI to your computer at the same time and have Windows recognize a split display as two separate monitors; sometimes this works fine for gaming, but depending on how the game attempts to use the monitor, the attempt to hijack the resolution or frame rate can make the split not work well. If you're used to multi-monitor setups, this is largely the equivalent of two 27" 1440p displays side-by-side. I haven't had any issues with burn in or anything to date, despite using it for software development and running IDEs for several hours at a time.

My core complaint on the G95 is the absolutely atrocious Samsung OS; Samsung desperately wants this thing to be an internet-connected TV as much as a monitor, and it is infuriatingly unintuitive to switch between inputs, as there is no dedicated button on the remote and it requires very slow menus to switch using the nub under the screen. There's a version of this monitor (I think the G93?) without the TV functionality and I honestly wish I'd opted for that instead. Happy to answer any questions.

Thanks for the info! I have a fairly large desk (72"x36") and currently have a 27" in the center flanked by two older 24" Dell 16:10 ratio monitors. I've been been wondering if I would like the 49" or 57" better if I were to go ultrawide, although I don't see a 57" in OLED yet so I'd probably lean toward the 49" for that alone. I'll keep an eye out for the non-TV versions as well.

My desk is 72" x 25", here's a photo for reference. I was torn between the 57" non-OLED and the 49" OLED as well, can't say the dual-4K 57" wasn't tempting but I've already got a 77" C3 hooked up to my PC as well (I have a problem…)

I was able to get this down to $802 before taxes. The $100 eventually showed up in the app randomly when checking out. You can also get an extra $50 off by talking to the support chat in the bottom left corner and getting a promo code. Both those stacked it got it down to $802. I was not able to get the text discount ever though.

Has anyone tried ordering more than one? I'd like to order four, but the price changes when I add more than one to the cart. For one monitor, it's $850; for two, $900 each; and for three, $920 each. Would I still get the same deal if I placed the orders individually?

I got the text discount and chat discount, trying to get the 100 dollar discount but not been successful in android. Does it appear as a link or it automatically gets added to the cart?
