I think all the ones with the recessed screws on the terminals are the V3 version, UL listed. You'll have to confirm with the seller if you don't want to take a chance.

Is this still qualified for the 30% rebate before end of the year?

Off-grid or on, doesn't matter, the rule doesn't distinguish. Just need to functionally add energy resilience to your home by Dec 31.

I don't know how the price or quality of this unit is, but compared to an equalvalent system I built 3 years ago, this is a really good deal. The only difference is that this unit doesn't seem to have grid tie functionality. The all in one split phase (I had to get two units and a combiner kit to do that) and high pv.

Do you know why? Wonder if the hybrid inverter by the same company is better

Confirmed battery in this bundle is not v3 or UL certified from seller.

Can I still get the 30% energy rebate if it's not UL certified? Thanks.

Consult with tax professional to confirm IRS rebate. UL certifications are about safety standards. I don't believe it's required for rebate.

I wonder if this would work well as just a DIY UPS without solar for a bunch of equipment?
