I have the lift off cover and it's been good no peeling or rust for the past 10 years (also keep the whole unit covered with the soft over) My cousin has the attached cover and it started to peel and rust within the first two years he also keeps the unit covered

28500 BTU total. My Costco had one assembled as demo, saw it on the label. Is that good BTU output?

My Costco has this with a $50 instant rebate making it $229.99. Been wanting this model for a long time and finally pull the trigger. This model isn't on Blackstone website and I think it is discontinued. The newer model has the attached cover and over $400. My Costco in King of Prussia have at least seven on the sales floor.
