These phones are available on eBay through their certified refurbished section (comes with a 1 year warranty) for around $130. https://www.ebay.com/itm/405194772762
With that in mind, as long as you still get the regular warranty, these from Amazon are a pretty great deal.

Those are still refurbs. Which will have used batteries and questionable condition (repaired?)

These are Amazon Resale, which are returned phones, not refurbs. Amazon just had a glut of these in their warehouse and wants them out. At best they've been used 30 days. They'll have virtually new batteries.

I know I agree with you. I was trying to say that given the refurb market prices, the deal in the OP is very slick (assuming these phones still have the 1 year MFG warranty).
