| Product Description: | Leaner, lighter, but just as powerful as any full-size KitchenAid tilt-head stand mixer, the Artisan mini makes a mighty impression. Despite the smaller size, its 3.5-qt glass bowl (with measurement markers!) and handy flex edge beater attachment handles whipping up five dozen of your famous chocolate chip cookies just like its bigger sibling. Need dough for homemade pies (apple, pumpkin, or pizza)? Why buy frozen when you can have the flakiest, most tender crusts at your fingertips, all made easy with the coated dough hook doing the work. Someone say fresh whipped cream? Top off treats or creamy hot chocolate with a luscious, lighter-than-air topping with the wire whip doing the heavy-lifting.
Downsizing? Empty-nester? Apartment-dweller? The smaller, less heavy profile is ideal for space-starved kitchens and countertops, making it much easier to move around or store. Plus, the tilting head allows easier access when adding ingredients or fitting attachments. And with 10 speeds, there's plenty of power to handle it all, from treasured recipes to the latest social-media sensation. Get one or gift one (or both!) -- 'cause there's so much more to make. From KitchenAid.
