I was able to get the 10 Pro for $389 by selecting the 20GB plan and using code YEAROFMINT. I'm not sure how the math worked out that way, but I'll take it!
I also ordered a second with the discount (ended up going with the Pro XL, instead of the Pro originally). I cancelled the first order on the phone. It was fairly painless.
Hi, how did you cancel? Through their returns page?
I had ordered the unlimited deal yesterday. I was able to call support today and they cancelled my order as it hasn't shipped. I placed a new order for 20GB with the coupon. They said 24hr for me to get the cancellation email and 7-10days for money to be back

I had to contact customer service via chat. Took about 20 mins to wait for the whole process to complete
Did you get a cancellation email after that? I talked to the customer service over the phone too, but I haven't got any emails about cancellations 🥹

I used the chat and they gave me a refund ticket number. I have not got any cancellation confirmation email though.
FYI, I tried to order this deal, but the phone sent was dead. Wouldn't charge or anything..CS asked if I wanted to go through warranty with Google...nope..so now waiting on refund, for another 3-4 days..go figure. they always get their money when you make the deal but its always 'gotta process refund' back the other days.
Overall, happy with Mint, but they hardly ever give deals to existing customers either..you gotta do the new phone# transfer dance to do these../sigh
I know the phone will automatically have carrier unlock after 60 days of service, but does anyone have any experience with Pixel phones on Mint Mobile getting fully unlocked (OEM - bootloader unlock)? Really want to use another OS one day and would hate to find out it isn't possible
this is a nice deal i guess considering the phones just came out. But this is such a mediocre upgrade over the pixel 9s that i am passing. Esim only is also a downgrade
Considering how much the prices have already dropped, i am sure there will be a similar deal that doesnt require a year of service soon enough.

I went with the 20gb plan. Unlimited does not work with the coupon. Ended up being $50 more than the 10 Pro + Unlimited.
