I've bought four Acer laptops over the last few years including this one. Three had at least one dead pixel, one had a bad touchpad and loud coil whine. This is a decent laptop if you get a good one, but I'm not sure I'd buy anything from them with their QC.

It's just not a great deal when similar HP Snapdragon laptops are going for $450-$550. There are tons of these things all over eBay too from the professional refurbishers. People return these when they find Windows for Arm is poor for games and old apps.

This one seems to have a little nicer 120hz screen than some, but it's not worth the premium when cheap ones like this are available with almost the same specs, outside the monitor:
