Customers find the robotic vacuum easy to use and set up, with excellent vacuuming performance and amazing mopping capabilities. However, the functionality and cleaning ability receive mixed reviews - while it works well on floors, the mop doesn't work well, and while it cleans floors nicely, it doesn't pick up debris effectively. Moreover, the mapping feature and connectivity are problematic, with customers reporting that it won't map the whole apartment and has issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks. Additionally, customers express concerns about value for money, with some saying it's worth the price while others find it overpriced, and report issues with the device getting stuck under furniture.
Given the above, a little more than half of the reviews like it and not quite half think it's mediocre/poor.
The statistical proportions are not too different than some Roomba and Roborock equivalents. Eufy's show greater customer satisfaction.
Also this is refurbished which might point to a critical flaw that may have been discovered and (arguably) fixed - hence the low price.
For me, this tips it just into the avoid/extended warranty category (assuming you don't have money to throw away).
