Yes, of course these are 100% genuine Milwaukee batteries. Please feel free to run the diagnostics on the batteries and that will save you trip. All you have to do is hold down the button on the battery for about 3-5 seconds and they will cycle through a flashing sequence. Non-genuine Milwaukee batteries will not do that.
We have been selling Milwaukee tools, batteries, and accessories for over 10 years, so if you aren't satisfied we will gladly allow for a refund, or if it's defective will replace them.

Had a good call with the Milwaukee rep. They are having me ship one to them to test. The serial number came back as legit but she said they are seeing lots being swapped with inferior internals. Then put back together with the original casing so the serial is legit. Even the button test chip is being faked.
