if you remove the salt the food won't taste good.
If you spend any time reading ingredient labels on pre mixed seasonings they are primarily salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, and paprika. You don't necessarily need to spend a lot of money to get fancy seasoning mixes if you are able to blend your own however they are pretty convenient.

This one seems like a good deal.

This one seems like a good deal.
While it's true that salt is the #1 ingredient in most seasoning mixes, there's a big difference between 50% salt and 90% salt. I can tell you from personal experience that this particular lemon pepper tastes very very salty. I have had others which were not.
