everyone always bad mouths subway but You chose what you get on it. We usually get chichen bacon ranch with mayo Instead of ranch and a variety of vegetables which are fresh. the rotisserie chicken in their sandwiches is better than quite a few places chicken sandwiches. People have such weird expectations
Compared to the quality of McDonald's burgers and the like they are a great deal when you get 2 footlimgs for 12.99. those codes are almost always working also

You are correct. Isn't it amazing how people just grab the latest trendy misinformation and spread it like it's gospel, without doing any research. Just like the response that vegetarians only have bread and salad as meal options...
We eat damn healthy, and ensure there's always protein in each meal. The options are limitless these days: veggie turkey slice sandwiches, baked marinated Korean BBQ tofu, seitán spare ribs, chicken wings and nuggets, sauteed yam-based shrimp, soy-based salmon steak wrapped in seaweed. It's pretty easy to eat with a conscious these days.
