LPDDR5 (LP = Low Power) means onboard memory. Can't replace, can't upgrade.

Max 8GB onboard memory with no ability to upgrade makes this hard to recommend. Windows 11 eats up that memory quickly, so multi-tasking ability will be extremely limited. You'll find the PC will run out of memory with a few Chrome tabs open. If you leave these running while you try to use something like Office 365, you'll find big delays in switching between apps, because Windows will have to actively move apps in and out of RAM.

Just don't get this unless you have a really specific use case, like running Linux or ChromeOS on it.
