It's sad to see companies mark up products to unaffordable amounts. They have the right to increase their margins, and I have the right to go to a company that I feel gives me more value for my dollar.There is no reason these other companies should be charging so much for brushed variants when brushless components have become so cheap.That was acceptable several years ago when it was new and manufacturing hadn't caught up. In 2025, it's a corporate choice, and that choice has lost my business.

If it was posted here on SD, yes, the ones cheaper than this were the smaller 1/16. The batteries were smaller but the car was as well, and they were fine for that car. The 14301 is also 1/14 and was posted at the same price, but my preference is the body style in this OP.

I will be buying one of these MJX for my son for a holiday gift. I'm leaning toward a 1/16 as he has a brushed Arrma granite and I actually think these MJX may be an upgrade. I want something to contrast the Arrma size more.
