Had 40w blinking on me. None of the usb ports worked.. email them and sent a few pictures and videos. Got a replacement back in 2 days. Debating if I should get a for the kids room

I have bought approx 6 of these. The 20w version and the 40w. I've had 3 of them become faulty within a few months without pushing them hard. The power button would flash and all ports dead. Trying a reset doesn't help. If you cycle the power button it will work for about 10 secs them make a click sound and then flash led.
I really wanted to like these and when switching to the 40 watt I was hoping to get a better batch but they had the same issue. I would assume there's a fault that has to do with overload or surge protection. I think the reviews would look different if buyers waited 3 months
Just a heads up, 20W really isn't much now a days, especially if you plan on charging multiple items simultaneously. That does not apply to the addt'l ac plus, that should function just as a regular splitter. This pertains just to the usb ports.
Oddly, the product description on amazon doesn't list the cord length anywhere. Maybe I'm missing something, but I looked carefully. I hope they add it, it is important info about the product.
