the ones at sam's are protein shakes. these are nutrition shakes. for someone who only cares about the protein, the difference is minimal (except that these would perhaps be less desirable due to lower protein content); but for someone who needs the nutrition rather than the protein, the difference does matter, and that makes these a decent deal.
