This 77 inch LG C4 bundle stands out as a bright OLED with perfect blacks, strong HDR pop, wide viewing angles, and solid gaming performance. It also fits sports and family viewing well, with good upscaling and enough SDR brightness to handle some glare. The main cautions are burn in coverage concerns on the included warranty, no DTS pass through, and reports that the panel runs hot. Delivery timing and stock vary by area, so availability can be the deciding factor.

  • Costco delivery and setup can be scheduled quickly, with setup offered for $30 and readiness for holiday viewing.

  • LG C4 HDR highlights can pop against the TV's perfect black levels, improving HDR viewing impact.

  • LG C5 partner deals can include free wall mount hardware and free installation, which reduces extra purchase friction.

  • OLED viewing can work well for groups because wide viewing angles help keep image quality more consistent across seating positions.

  • Costco's 5-year Allstate warranty may not cover burn-in, which can weaken long-term OLED risk protection.

  • Ordering can fail due to out-of-stock status in some areas and warehouses, even when nearby inventory exists.

  • The LG C5 can lose DTS pass-through, which may matter for audio setups that rely on that feature.

  • The LG C5 can run hot when overdriving the panel, and brightness may need to be turned down for comfort.

You lose DTS pass through though. Plus the C5 runs hot with them overdriving the panel like that. Most will turn the brightness down anyway.

LG Partner Store is offering the G5 for about the same price. I almost bit until i read it does not come iwth a stand as I don't wall mount. Right now I can get a TCL QM8k 85 inch for 1797 at best buy which I am seriously considering. Honestly I am torn between holy shit that is a big tv and holy shit that is a big oled TV but not as big as the mini led one...lol.

How far are you? You need somewhat wide viewing angles? If so get the OLED.

I am not clear where there is a stand or not. In bold letters it states a "TV stand is included", but in smaller letters above it says tv stand must be ordered separately. I am confused

Can anybody let me know
Wait for miniled rbg tv that will come out in 2026. Miniled rbg gives near the blackness of oled but without all the major flaws oled have. Probably cheaper than oled especially over time.

Oled TV production is coming to an end. LG is the only manufacturer that will come out with new oled model. Sony, Samsung, etc are getting rid of their oled for RBG TV. That's why you are see so many heavily discounted oled TV. Clearing their oled inventory for RBG tv.

Oled will still be used on mobile devices like phone and monitor but for TV the end is here.

Mostly it's the same price unless they are doing clearance. You can check https://deals.costlowapp.com/ for clearance pricing but it may not be always updated. I found one for $900 at one of the MA warehouses and display for $700.
