So you take nutrition advices from a chiropractor which is not an actual MD degreee, that makes perfect sense.

Looks like it's ok for baking but not great for coffee or tea.

Lactose and sucralose?
Will result in silent but deadly flatulence, perfect for you to eat before a long car ride with people you don't want to be with. Farting freely Fridays!

Good price though for those who can tolerate it.

For coffee and tea, you can use extra creamy oat milk, no aftertaste, or oat taste. It has very little sugar considering you don't put whole cup in your mix.

Cooking with sucralose at high temperatures was reported to generate chloropropanols, a potentially toxic class of compounds. Both human and rodent studies demonstrated that sucralose may alter glucose, insulin, and glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) levels. Taken together, these findings indicate that sucralose is not a biologically inert compound.

That's very true. This is because it apparently suppresses the growth of beneficial bacteria while potentially promoting the growth of certain harmful bacteria such as E.coli. The same goes for Splenda (sucralose). Diabetics would be far better off if they stuck with Stevia extract instead of using these products.

Because people are fat.
I bet half of the 15 posters above are over 200-250 lbs.
Reducing calorie and sugar intake should be a priority at this point.
