Reached out to HOTO customer service, and they suggested I manually unscrew it, then use the tool. Lamest thing I ever heard, like why would I need an electric screw driver if I am doing the job manually? I would advise strongly against it. Unfortunately I was out of town and missed the return period, so I got stuck with it now. It stands on my desk as paperweight.

Reached out to HOTO customer service, and they suggested I manually unscrew it, then use the tool.
