On recharge, If I put my zipcode I get $20 tax & surcharge but if I put 30000 I get $0. What would happen if I did this? Does the zipcode need to match the zipcode on my CC?
Oh, never mind it says that zipcode is not valid, but some zipcodes are like $1 or $2 What would happen if one used one of those?

I used 02865 , gives me $2 tax, once ordered , I go and update the address back to where am currently at, no issues what so ever.

Did you pay by credit card? Was the CC in 02865?

This really does not work. If you go back to change the Zip code, the price changes. Anyone else have any other ideas?

Load money to wallet first. At purchase use a different zip and money in wallet for purchase

I have used the Infimobile 10GB unlimited 12 months $99 plan for one year now and the service has been great using TMobile signal. The one year end date was 11-21-25 so I did a RECHARGE for another 10GB unlimited 12 months $99 plan a week before it expired. Infimobile stated that my new 1 year of service would begin after the 11-21-25 end date of the previous 1 year deal. Therefore, the continuation of the second 1 year plan would start on 11-22-25. But why is the new end date 11-16-26? Why am I being short changed by 5 days?

Another gripe that I have with Infimobile is being charged $7 plus tax for changing phones. Previously I had been using an unlocked iphone 11 (esim) and I just switched over to an unlocked iphone 12 (esim). Infimobile's reasoning is because they had to generated a new esim for me. I switched phones (esim) a few times while using Tello and the switch did not cost me any money.

Can these companies stop saying unlimited and then it is only like 10gb before it is basically unusable dial up speeds. The company has different tiers of unlimited... None of their plans are unlimited.

I asked CS about this last month. Infimobile's 1 year plan = 360 days. But it is good you confirmed that renewal of existing plan starts at the expiration of current plan, and not on the date of renewal.

Infimobile unlimited is for talk and text. So if you get the 10GB unlimited 12 months $99 plan, then you get (unlimited talk and text) and 10GB data. Whereas, the 5GB 12-Mo Infimobile SIM Prepaid Plan (2500 Min + 2500 Txt) is $60 and you limited to 2500 minutes of talk and 2500 texts,
