In store price at my target was 62.99 and not on clearance. Xbox version was on clearance for 44.99.

Can vouch for poster. There were several copies available in San Diego at the UC Diego Target location at the posted clearance price as of this afternoon. So it is YMMV.

I know because I stopped by looking for Silent Hill 2 someone else had posted for $13. No such luck.
