FC11C is probably the most recommended flashlight on Reddit. Stable runtime, bright, good size, charging port. All the good stuff is there.

The on/off button on the 11c feels like jello, what the hell is the deal with that? The physical feel and size is nice overall. It's a light better suited for indoor use. Outside it sucks, it's not very bright, the beam is yellowish and there isn't any noticeable difference between high and turbo mode.
