Don't buy it if you plan using f2. It is very blurry to the point where it won't focus properly.

Something must be wrong with your copy. I shoot at f/2 all the time with this lens and it focuses fine on my Z7ii.

Mine shoots just fine at f2. Sharper stopping down, for sure, but usable at f2. Don't even know what version I got. I got it new ( not refurbished) about 9-10 mos ago. Didn't even know there is v1 and v2 until I read this thread.
